Shelley received her Bachelor in Physical Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2007. She also pursued her certification in Acupuncture in 2009. She has 16 years of experience, and has taken numerous post- graduate courses related to rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions including running courses, post-op shoulder/ knee/ hip/ ACL rehabilitation, taping, dry- needling and cupping to just name a few. Shelley treats her clients and their needs using manual therapy, soft- tussue manipulation, individualized therapeutic exercises and pain modulation techniques. Her main goal with her clients is to build a relationship where both are keeping the goal of fucntion and strength, overall well-being and accountability in mind. Shelley also dedicates her time mentoring future physiotherapists enrolled in the Masters of Physiotherapy program at the U of M and exam candidates awaiting full licensing. Shelley devotes her time outside of the clinic to her husband and two children. She enjoys travelling, spinning, spending time with her large extended family and has a passion for cooking all types of cuisine.

Jayden Leclair CAT(C), RMT

Jayden is a registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2022, and graduated from the University of Winnipeg in 2020. As both a RMT and a Certified Athletic Therapist, Jayden utilizes a variety of techniques in his treatments to identify the root cause of pain and discomfort and help to correct it. Jayden is proficient in Swedish massage, deep tissue, joint mobilization, muscle energy techniques and sports massage. 

Outside of the clinic, Jayden works with River East Collegiate and Sturgeon Heights' hockey programs as an Athletic Therapist. While not at work, you can find Jayden taking part in some recreational baseball, hockey or taking boxing lessons.

Jill graduated from the University of Winnipeg with her Bachelor of Science in 2018 and certified as an Athletic Therapist that same year.

 

Jill loves working with patients in different capacities. During the day you will find her working in the clinic and after hours she is out on the football field working with local teams. She is excited to apply her knowledge and skill towards the healing journey of her patients, whatever the setting.

 

Whether you are an athlete, you are recovering from an operation, or you suffer from an ache or pain, Jill looks forward to meeting you!

K. Jill Reimer, CAT(C), BSc.

Felicia graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a specialization in Athletic Therapy degree in June 2021 from the University of Winnipeg.  She became certified in December 2021.  During her studies she worked with university volleyball and futsal athletes, as well as, high school hockey teams within the CSSHL.  She also had the privilege of learning from and working alongside certified Athletic Therapists in various Winnipeg clinics during her practicum placements. When she is not at IMS, Felicia enjoys her rewarding work as a Direct Support Worker. In her spare time, Felicia loves playing and coaching volleyball in recreationl leagues within the city. She is passionate about helping people and is eager to help you meet your physical health goals.

Nicole Pacheco, RMT

Nicole is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Evolve College of Massage Therapy in 2023. Nicole has a very systematic approach which includes thorough assessment, treatment with a variety of techniques, and education on the cause of pain and how to progress in correcting it. Techniques she commonly uses include Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Functional Muscle Release, and Deep Tissue work. She is excited to apply her knowledge and work with you for any of your health needs!

Outside the clinic, she can be found coaching gymnastics, reading, or spending time with family.
