Dr. Krulicki (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation/PMR) will be accepting referrals for Regional Musculoskeletal/Pain issues, as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine, including Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS) and Electromyography (EMG) at Trucare Specialty Clinic.
